Thursday was a long day for Minerva Garcia, a Mexican mother of two in Winston-Salem. Minerva and her supporters in the Sanctuary City Coalition Winston-Salem spent the day in Charlotte, meeting with officials at Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE).
